Berry White Cocktail

Serves 1 serving

Ingredients

5 frozen raspberries

2 fluid ounces gin

½ fluid ounce fresh lemon juice

½ fluid ounce simple syrup

¼ fluid ounce egg white

 

Garnish:

3 frozen raspberries

Sprinkle of dehydrated raspberry powder

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add 5 frozen raspberries and simple syrup. Muddle well.
  2. Add gin, lemon juice and egg white into the shaker with the raspberry mixture.
  3. Shake hard with lid on tin, pour into stemmed cocktail glass or coupe.
  4. Garnish with 3 frozen raspberries and a sprinkle of dehydrated raspberry powder.
